After college, Sam began his career in cattle and wheat farming. In 2019, he purchased his first piece of land—a decision that marked a turning point in his professional journey. Since then, the Lord has blessed his family and business, leading him into a full-time calling focused on raw land investment. Sam specializes in identifying and acquiring raw, undeveloped land, providing property owners with a simple, profitable, and transparent selling process. He holds an MBA from Abilene Christian University and lives in Allen, Texas. Conner’s career began in fitness and tech sales before he earned his real estate license and took over his family’s land investment fund.
