With a deep understanding of land valuation metrics—such as absorption rates, sell-through rates, and median price per acre by county and state—Conner brings precision and strategic insight to every acquisition. He is proficient in leveraging advanced platforms like LandPortal, MLS, and Land ID to assess properties with accuracy and depth. Conner holds an MBA in General Business from Abilene Christian University and currently resides in Allen, Texas. His professional journey has been diverse: following college, he began as a personal trainer, then transitioned into sales at Point of Rental Software (POR). After leaving POR, Conner earned his real estate license and stepped into managing his family’s raw land investment fund—a move that has defined his career path ever since. While Conner is deeply committed to his work, his highest priority is his faith in Jesus Christ, which guides both his personal and professional life. Jeremiah Ellie is a seasoned land acquisition professional with over seven years of experience in real estate development, land sourcing, and strategic deal-making. Throughout his career, he has independently closed more than $100 million in land transactions, totaling over 1,250 acres, with a strong focus on securing off-market deals and expanding acquisition pipelines in high-growth markets. He has worked with notable companies such as Century Communities and Elite Class Developments. At Century Communities, where he currently serves as Land Acquisition Manager, Jeremiah has acquired over 800 acres in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, maintained a 100% approval rate on all deals presented to the Land Committee, and led the development of a high-volume land pipeline through deep market knowledge and strong industry relationships. His role includes managing negotiations, financial modeling, and risk mitigation to align acquisitions with corporate financial goals. Previously, as Vice President of Land Acquisition at Elite Class Developments, he closed more than 450 acres of strategic acquisitions valued at over $50 million, led a team of six acquisition professionals, and implemented GIS and data-driven strategies to identify undervalued assets. He also collaborated closely with municipalities to navigate entitlement processes, accelerating project timelines and reducing entitlement risks. Jeremiah’s expertise spans contract negotiation, entitlement strategy, due diligence, and financial modeling, and he is known for building strong, strategic relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and local governments. His leadership and hands-on approach have consistently delivered results, making him a highly effective force in scaling development portfolios and driving land acquisition success.
